Returns

PLEASE NOTE: During the Christmas period we will be extending the time period of our

Returns Policy. All orders placed on or after the 22nd November 2016 can be returned to us

by 8th January 2017.

 

We will refund or exchange any item you are not completely happy with if you return it to us in

a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.A returns slip will be included in your parcel.

Please fill out all the details and send this back with the item. Refunds will be credited to you

via the original method of payment.

Please also note that items must be returned ‘as new’ i.e., unworn and with all of the labels and

tickets intact. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed,

and/or tags removed.

Postage and packaging charges will not be refunded.

If you have received a faulty item please get in touch within 14 days of receipt. We will do all we

can to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Items bought online can be returned to our Bristol store for a refund with proof of purchase.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods

or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
