Returns & Exchanges


Return by Post

We will refund or exchange any item you are not completely happy with if you return it to us in a saleable condition within 28 days of receipt at your own cost. We recommend you use a tracked delivery service! Items must be:

‘as new’ i.e., unworn and not washed

with all of the labels and tickets intact

any original packaging intact

A returns slip will be included in your parcel, please fill out all the details and send this back with the item.

If your returns slip is missing from your parcel please download a replacement here.

Refunds will be credited to you via the original method of payment.

Faulty or Wrong Item

If you have received a faulty item please get in touch within 14 days of receipt. We will do all we can to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Return or Exchange in-store

Items bought online can be returned to our Bristol store for a refund or exchange with proof of purchase.
