The lovely Fox and Feather ❤️

Firstly I'm Kelly, started working with Fox and Feather around a year ago. Growing to get to know and love this independent I am loving getting more involved with them. Enjoying being a style advisor but also pleased to be involved with the social media side of the business and one of my favourite tasks will be writing blogs so this will be the first of many insights to the best boutique on Glouster Road!

One of my all time favourite Bristol independent shops has to be the gorgeous Fox and Feather. Working alongside Clare, the fab owner and founder of Fox and Feather and the lovely Lola, creative manager who has helped significantly in the creation of ‘Stil’, Fox and Feather's sister shop. All in all one incredibly cool and fun shop to be part of and one amazing team of ladies behind it.

Clare, who continues to be effortlessly cool and calm started the business six years ago. With just a small budget she put all her eggs in one basket and threw caution to the wind and opened one of the first independent fashion shops on Gloucester Road, Bristol. Instantly raising the standard of ladies fashion in the area. Thankfully it was a hit with the ladies who were fairly limited for choice at the time and fell in love with this quirky little boutique. Since then the store has gone from strength to strength adding casual contemporary menswear to the selection and her most recent new venture is the Scandi style homeware department.

Lola, a good friend to Clare’s was asked to help curate the new homeware collection. She used her passion for interiors and flare for style to bring the idea to life. In November 2016 ‘Stil’ was opened and quickly became one of the locals favourite places to shop when looking for something slightly different and cool for their homes. Lola and Clare worked hard together to build this little sister shop which now sits perfectly within Fox & Feather, and has bought a whole new level to the blooming business.

Now six years later this local business is full of life and colour and a lot of passion. I know there is so much more coming from Fox and Feather so watch this space.
