If you live in the UK you have three different delivery options:
- Standard delivery £2.95 or FREE on orders over £50- delivered within 3-5 working days (where our staffing levels allow).
- Collect in Store FREE- pick up from our Bristol store during specified hours, please email us for a time slot email@example.com.
- Local Drop Off- we will deliver your order FREE to any BS7 postcode. 1-3 days (where our staffing levels allow).
Sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within the timescale outlined above, please contact our Customer Services department by email firstname.lastname@example.org
Deliveries are made by either Royal Mail or My Hermes. A signature is required on delivery.
Deliveries are usually made between 8am and 6pm. If you are not usually at home during these hours, you can provide an alternative delivery address, such as a work address.
If you do miss a delivery, Royal Mail or the courier will leave a card. Please follow the instructions on the card to re-arrange delivery or collect from your local Royal Mail depot.

-Same day delivery on orders placed before 4pm.
-Postcodes BS1-BS9 Bristol, United Kingdom ONLY.
-Size restrictions apply. The products ordered will need to be able to fit in a bag with a bottom diameter of 32 cm and height of 47cm and collectively not exceed 10kgs. Please call us on 0117 3292575 for guidance on this.

-Undelivered parcels will be returned to store and another delivery WILL NOT BE ATTEMPTED, and no refund will be given.
SHIPPING TO EU: We deliver to EU countries for a cost of £11.95. The countries we deliver to are Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain & Sweden. Delivery time for orders to EU countries is 4-6 working days.
SHIPPING TO BULGARIA: We deliver to Bulgaria for a cost of £19.00. Delivery time for orders to Bulgaria is 5-10 working days.
SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA: We deliver to Australia for a cost of £19.00. Delivery time for orders to Australia is 6-10 working days.
SHIPPING TO USA AND CANADA: We deliver to USA and Canada for a cost of £12.95. Delivery time for orders is 5-10 working days.

We will refund or exchange any item you are not completely happy with if you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. A returns slip will be included in your parcel.
Please fill out all the details and send this back with the item. Refunds will be credited to you via the original method of payment.
Please also note that items must be returned ‘as new’ i.e., unworn and with all of the labels and tickets intact. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed, and/or tags removed.
Postage and packaging charges will not be refunded.
If you have received a faulty item please get in touch within 14 days of receipt. We will do all we can to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Items bought online can be returned to our Bristol store for a refund with proof of purchase.
