If you live in the UK you have two different delivery options:
- Standard delivery £4.95 or FREE on orders over £50- delivered within 2-5 working days.
- Collect In Store- pick up your order from our Bristol store (FREE).

Sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within the timescale outlined above, please contact our Customer Services department by email contactus@foxandfeather.co.uk
Deliveries are made by either Royal Mail, UPS or My Hermes. A signature is required on delivery.
Deliveries are usually made between 8am and 6pm. If you are not usually at home during these hours, you can provide an alternative delivery address, such as a work address.
If you do miss a delivery, Royal Mail or the courier will leave a card. Please follow the instructions on the card to re-arrange delivery or collect from your local Royal Mail depot.
When can I collect my "LOCAL PICKUP" click and collect order?
Orders are generally ready within 1 working day. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to collect.
When our store is open and trading as normal (ie lock down restrictions are lifted) you can collect your order between these hours:
Monday-Saturday 10-5 , Sunday 12-4
When our store is closed due to lockdown you can collect your order between these hours:
Monday-Friday 10-2, Saturday 10-1
I am local- can I drop off a RETURN to your Bristol store?
Yes- returns can be dropped off directly to us. Please be sure to include your order number and contact details. Drop off times are the same as above, and vary depending on lockdown restrictions.

SHIPPING TO EU: We deliver to EU countries for a cost of £11.95. The countries we deliver to are Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain & Sweden. Delivery time for orders to EU countries is 10-15 working days.
SHIPPING TO BULGARIA: We deliver to Bulgaria for a cost of £19.00. Delivery time for orders to Bulgaria is 10-15 working days.
SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA: We deliver to Australia for a cost of £19.00. Delivery time for orders to Australia is 10-20 working days.
SHIPPING TO USA AND CANADA: We deliver to USA and Canada for a cost of £12.95. Delivery time for orders is 10-20 working days.

Gift Wrapping:
You can add Gift Wrap to your order. We will carefully wrap your gift in tissue paper and make sure no prices are included. You can also add a note to let somebody know you are thinking of them. Just select 'gift wrap' at the checkout for £2.99.
We will refund or exchange any item you are not completely happy with if you return it to us in a saleable condition within 28 days of receipt. A returns slip will be included in your parcel.
Please fill out all the details and send this back with the item. If your returns slip is missing form your parcel please just use the address below. Refunds will be credited to you via the original method of payment.
Please also note that items must be returned ‘as new’ i.e., unworn and with all of the labels and tickets intact. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed, and/or tags removed.
Postage and packaging charges will not be refunded. We strongly recommend you use a tracked postal service.
If you have received a faulty item please get in touch within 14 days of receipt. We will do all we can to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Items bought online can be returned to our Bristol store for a refund with proof of purchase.
