Clothing Shopping Session
If you would like to use our fitting rooms when you visit our store, it is best to book an appointment.
Appointments are free and there is no hard sell!
With an appointment you are guaranteed to be able to walk straight in to our store, without having to queue.
We have a hand sanitizing station at the door and at the cash desk and we do please ask you to wear a face covering, for the safety of all our staff and customers.
There will only be one appointment for fitting rooms at a time, so social distancing will not need to be a concern. You may bring 1 other person from your household. We can even open another fitting room for them if you would like. Just let us know when you arrive.
Our friendly team will be on hand to offer advice on styling and sizing.
Choose the duration of the appointment you need, from 30 to 90 minutes, then click the 'SELECT TIME' button to choose your appointment date and time slot.
Our two stores Fox + Feather and Ida are currently both being housed under one roof in Ida, 41 Gloucester Road. The full collections from both stores, including accessories and homeware, will be available for you to shop on your visit.
We are currently only taking card and contactless payments- no cash please.
Please note: Clothes that have been tried on by customers will be quarantined and fully steam cleaned.

If you live in the UK you have two different delivery options:
- Standard delivery £3.95 or FREE on orders over £50- delivered within 4-10 working days (where our staffing levels allow).
- Collect In Store- pick up your order from our Bristol store (FREE).
Sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within the timescale outlined above, please contact our Customer Services department by email email@example.com
Deliveries are made by either Royal Mail or My Hermes. A signature is required on delivery.
Deliveries are usually made between 8am and 6pm. If you are not usually at home during these hours, you can provide an alternative delivery address, such as a work address.
If you do miss a delivery, Royal Mail or the courier will leave a card. Please follow the instructions on the card to re-arrange delivery or collect from your local Royal Mail depot.
SHIPPING TO EU: We deliver to EU countries for a cost of £11.95. The countries we deliver to are Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain & Sweden. Delivery time for orders to EU countries is 10-15 working days.
SHIPPING TO BULGARIA: We deliver to Bulgaria for a cost of £19.00. Delivery time for orders to Bulgaria is 10-15 working days.
SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA: We deliver to Australia for a cost of £19.00. Delivery time for orders to Australia is 10-20 working days.
SHIPPING TO USA AND CANADA: We deliver to USA and Canada for a cost of £12.95. Delivery time for orders is 10-20 working days.

We will refund or exchange any item you are not completely happy with if you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. A returns slip will be included in your parcel.
Please fill out all the details and send this back with the item. Refunds will be credited to you via the original method of payment.
Please also note that items must be returned ‘as new’ i.e., unworn and with all of the labels and tickets intact. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed, and/or tags removed.
Postage and packaging charges will not be refunded.
If you have received a faulty item please get in touch within 14 days of receipt. We will do all we can to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Items bought online can be returned to our Bristol store for a refund with proof of purchase.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
